RapidClaw (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the RapidClaw.app platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via our identity provider (Clerk). If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect payment information through Stripe — we never store your full card number.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized analytics data including pages visited, features used, and session duration through PostHog. This helps us improve the product.

Agent Data

Your AI agent stores conversation history, memories, and preferences within your dedicated container. This data is isolated to your instance and is not shared with other users or used to train AI models.

Integrations

If you connect third-party services (Gmail, Google Calendar, Telegram, Discord), we store encrypted OAuth tokens to maintain the connection. We access only the data necessary to provide the requested functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provision and operate your AI agent instance
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (welcome, billing, alerts)
• To improve our service through anonymized analytics
• To provide customer support

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted by Hetzner (Germany) and Neon (PostgreSQL). All credentials and sensitive configuration are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption. All connections use TLS.

Each user’s AI agent runs in an isolated Docker container with its own workspace, memory store, and configuration. Containers are not shared between users.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Clerk — for authentication
• Resend — for transactional email delivery
• LLM providers — your agent’s conversations are sent to AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) to generate responses. These providers have their own data handling policies.

5. Your Rights

You may:

• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Disconnect any third-party integrations at any time
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use PostHog for product analytics, which may set cookies to track anonymized usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data and destroy your agent container within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
